Patricia Tracy Dow Beveridge
Author, Illustrator & Painter
Moonlight of Morgan Hill and Max of Morgan Hill author, Patricia Tracy Dow Beveridge is a graduate of Skidmore College where she received her Bachelor of Arts. After graduating she attended night school at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts in Boston for a number of years while working for the Department of Naval Architecture at MIT. She worked there as a secretary to a professor and was asked to illustrate reports and provide technical drawings for presentations.
Later, as a mom in Avon, Connecticut, she did pen and ink drawings and watercolor paintings for brochures of homes for various real estate firms. However, the job she loves the most is being a mom to three wonderful children and now grandmother to two special grandchildren.
She lives in the beautiful town of Weston, Vermont where she works part time at the charming Inn at Weston for her friends Bob and Linda Aldrich. She is a professional artist who paints plein air oil paintings of gorgeous Vermont landscapes and commissioned portraits. She is very grateful to be able to ride her horse up on Morgan Hill and on the peaceful back roads of Weston.
